Given the unique, handcrafted, and often reclaimed nature of our furniture, slight variations in color, texture, grain, and dimensions may occur. These variations are inherent to the materials and craftsmanship and are not considered defects. We believe these characteristics add to the unique charm and story of each piece.

2. Pricing:

4. Custom Orders and Modifications:

For custom furniture design and modification services, a detailed proposal and design agreement will be provided. Production will commence only after your explicit approval of the design and receipt of any required deposit. Changes requested after design approval may incur additional charges and extend lead times.

Order Acceptance and Cancellation

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

Payment Terms

We accept various payment methods as indicated on our website. All payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Service. You further agree to promptly update account and payment information, including email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

For custom orders, a deposit (typically 50%) may be required upfront, with the remaining balance due upon completion and prior to shipping or delivery.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on product availability, customization requirements, and destination. We will provide estimated delivery dates at the time of purchase or order confirmation. Ecofabel Interiors is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address is accurate and accessible. You are responsible for any additional charges incurred due to incorrect address information or failed delivery attempts. Upon delivery, please inspect your order carefully for any damage. Any damage must be reported to the delivery carrier and to Ecofabel Interiors within [e.g., 48 hours] of receipt.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the bespoke nature of our products and services, our return and refund policy is specific:

  • Damaged Goods: If your product arrives damaged, please follow the instructions in the "Shipping and Delivery" section. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include repair, replacement, or a refund, depending on the extent of the damage and our assessment.

Refunds, when applicable, will be processed to the original method of payment within [e.g., 7-10 business days] after the returned item is received and inspected.

User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

NEITHER ECOFABEL INTERIORS NOR ANY PERSON ASSOCIATED WITH ECOFABEL INTERIORS MAKES ANY WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION WITH RESPECT TO THE COMPLETENESS, SECURITY, RELIABILITY, QUALITY, ACCURACY, OR AVAILABILITY OF THE SERVICE. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, NEITHER ECOFABEL INTERIORS NOR ANYONE ASSOCIATED WITH ECOFABEL INTERIORS REPRESENTS OR WARRANTS THAT THE SERVICE, ITS CONTENT, OR ANY SERVICES OR ITEMS OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICE WILL BE ACCURATE, RELIABLE, ERROR-FREE, OR UNINTERRUPTED, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, THAT OUR SITE OR THE SERVER THAT MAKES IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT THE SERVICE OR ANY SERVICES OR ITEMS OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICE WILL OTHERWISE MEET YOUR NEEDS OR EXPECTATIONS.

Limitation of Liability

THE FOREGOING DOES NOT AFFECT ANY LIABILITY WHICH CANNOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Ecofabel Interiors, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service, including, but not limited to, your User Contributions, any use of the Service's content, services, and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms, or your use of any information obtained from the Service.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
